A photo of a bill becomes a table you can work with.
Values, order and currencies stay exactly as printed — edit any cell in the app, copy the table or export it as CSV.
/How it works
From paper to a table in five steps
- /1CaptureScan with the camera, or import a JPG, PNG or PDF.
- /2ReadGoogle Cloud Vision recognizes the text, and COVERT tidies it up.
- /3StructureColumns, rows, separate tables and a short summary are pulled out — nothing is invented.
- /4ValidateEvery result is checked against a strict schema. Values COVERT isn’t sure about are flagged.
- /5UseReview, listen, edit, copy or export the table as CSV.
Values, order and currencies stay exactly as printed. Anything COVERT isn’t sure about is marked for you to check.
COVERT is instructed never to invent a value that isn’t on the page. Every result is checked before it reaches your phone.

/Privacy
Your account controls your documents.
To read a document, its image is processed by Google Cloud Vision and the recognized text by OpenAI.
- Signed-in requests only
- The app sends each request with your account’s sign-in token over an encrypted connection. Requests without a valid token are refused.
- Your results are yours
- Saved tables belong to a single account. Other accounts can’t open, change or delete them.
- Originals aren’t kept
- Photos and PDFs are processed in memory and discarded once converted. What’s saved is the recognized text, the tables and the summary.
- Service keys stay on the server
- Text recognition and structuring run on COVERT’s servers. The app never holds those credentials.
- Delete whenever you like
- Remove a single document or clear your whole history from Settings.
/FAQ
Questions, answered.
COVERT is an app for your phone. Everything below happens in the app — this site just tells you about it.
Is COVERT a website or an app?
COVERT is a mobile app for iPhone and Android. This website is only its landing page — you can’t upload or convert documents here. Install the app to capture documents, turn them into tables and keep your history.
What kinds of documents can COVERT read?
Photos and scans saved as JPG or PNG, and PDFs — invoices, statements, receipts, forms, schedules and reports. If the information is laid out in rows, COVERT can turn it into a table, even when a page holds several tables.
How accurate are the tables?
Values, order and currencies are kept exactly as printed, and COVERT is instructed never to invent a value that isn’t on the page. Anything it isn’t sure about is flagged so you can check it before you export.
Can I edit and export the results?
Yes. Edit any cell in the app, copy the table, or export it as a CSV file to open in your spreadsheet.
Can COVERT read my tables aloud?
Yes. Using your phone’s text-to-speech, COVERT reads a summary or the whole table row by row, at speeds from 0.75× to 2×, with or without column names.
Does COVERT keep my original documents?
No. Photos and PDFs are processed in memory and discarded once converted. Your saved tables belong to your account, and you can delete one or clear your whole history at any time.
Do I need an account?
Yes. You sign in to the app with an email and password so your saved tables stay private to you. You can reset your password from the sign-in screen.
COVERT reads invoices, statements, receipts, forms and reports — and hands back a table you can use.
Documents shouldn’t betrapped in documents.
